A popular and one of our coolest products, mesh banners are a perfect option where wind is a factor. Its unique construction of tiny holes allow wind to pass through reducing the risk of your banner turning into a sail on a windy day. Some common applications for mesh vinyl banners are:

MATERIAL MATTERS - 80/20 AIRFLOW 

Our 9 oz. premium mesh vinyl is a heavy duty material for windy areas. The airflow rate is 80/20: 80% closed and 20% open with holes. This higher airflow rate means your graphics will be more vivid and sharp. It is specifically manufactured to achieve consistent image quality and longevity during indoor or outdoor use. The material also features:

• 1000 x 1000 denier strength
• Tear resistant and waterproof
• Gloss surface for vibrant colors

Please note, there are several different types of mesh banner material on the market. The lower airflow rates are 50/50, 60/40, and 70/30. These lower airflow rates do not offer quality ink coverage because there are too many holes and not enough material. This means your graphics are highly likely to look ghosted and washed out on these materials. That is why we always use an 80/20 airflow rate.

All 9 oz. mesh banners are printed at the highest resolution (1200 DPI) to produce vivid graphics that will be sure to grab attention. Each printer uses outdoor grade ink, so you never have to worry about using it indoor or outdoor. Our specially formulated ink also has exceptional scratch resistance and is completely waterproof. 

SIZE DOESN'T MATTER - PRINTING UP TO 196" TALL 

While other companies only print mesh banners up to 5ft. tall, we can way beyond and print 16ft. tall x the necessary length as one piece. This lets us be a central and convenient solution for your mesh banners because we can print small to extra large banners, so you spend less time ordering from multiple companies.
