Finding a company with 196" wide printers to produce billboards in-house and directly is hard, but we make it easy. Our history of owning billboard structures and installing vinyls makes us the best fit to print your billboards because we know the Outdoor world.

MATERIAL MATTERS

We use high quality 7 oz. vinyl that is specifically formulated for billboard use. It is:

• Water-proof, tear-resistant, and anti-smudge for exceptional outdoor strength
• Opaque with a black backing to prevent any distortions from behind the billboard vinyl
• Lightweight without sacrificing strength to make installations easier

If you don't have the best ink, nothing else matters. Our state-of-the-art printers use the latest UV ink technology that delivers super performance and attention grabbing results for your graphics. They are manufactured directly for each printer and have the following features:

• Exceptional longevity for outdoor and indoor use.
• Outdoor: up to 2 years expected life from extreme fading
• Indoor: up to 5 years expected life from extreme fading
• Superior scratch resistance 
• Wider color gamut for better color matching and consistency

WE CAN GO BIG!

Our state-of-the-art 196" wide printers allow us to print billboards up to 16' tall x the necessary length as one piece. For billboards that are larger, we can heat seam pieces together to make the gigantic billboard one piece. We recently produced a 20' H x 60' W billboard that only had one seam!
